Art at Yohden
At Yohden Primary we have three main strands of Art:
- Drawing
- Painting
- Sculpture
Our children use a sketchbook method in KS2 to record their thoughts and the progress of their projects. In KS1 we use floor-books to record the children’s work. In Reception we value the children’s art work and have several beautiful displays.
The children enjoy all aspects of Art and have flourished this year during Art lessons.
Below there are some examples of our children’s work showing progression across the school in skills, projects and some examples of our sketchbook work.
